Why PSFP?

Puget Sound Family Physicians medical group is dedicated to providing personal healthcare services to our patients. While we have decades of experience coupled with a state-of-the-art electronic medical record, our focus is still on personally assisting patients on their journey to better health.

Since our mission is to “empower people to lead healthier lives”, we spend time engaging and teaching patients. We desire each patient to self-manage health behavior choices and reach an optimal level of health.

The quality of our services is recognized by the National Commission on Quality Assurance (NCQA). We also participate in local efforts to measure quality and accountability such as the Puget Sound Health Alliance. In particular, we utilize best practices in caring for hypertension, diabetes, asthma and the evolving initiatives for the medical home.

We extend our mission beyond our patients and give back to the communities we serve by contributing our time at local health fairs and community events. We also go onsite to local employer groups to make it easier for the members of our community to obtain personal healthcare service.
