Puget Sound Family Physicians is committed to the health care needs of our patients.
We work diligently to evaluate Medicare options and develop policies that serve
the best interests of our patients. After careful consideration we have determined
that we cannot accept new Medicare patients into our practice.
We request that all established patients with Medicare sign up with a Medicare Advantage
plan. We are contracted with the following:

www.vibrantusa.com. Vibrant USA does not charge a fee for their services.
An exception to this policy applies to Puget Sound Family Physicians patients who
qualify for employer-funded retirement medical plans that do not include one of
the Medicare Advantage HMO or PPO plans which we are contracted with. These patients
will be allowed to continue care at Puget Sound Family Physicians under their employer-funded
retirement option.
